Process
• School learners that have shown dedication and potential in the NALEDI CORE program are selected for this 4 week programme. • Learners are put into groups of 4 to run a micro business – they receive R50 startup capital. Before they start, everyone involved receives a workshop about managing and making Money, and each team has to design and present their business plan to the other teams. • Each group receives coaching each week to help it think through its challenges and opportunities and account for its weekly costs and income.
